Gill Waddicor

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Gill has extensive experience working within the training and education sector, with her career spanning over 25 years in project management, finance, legal and contracting. Gill leads on the management and development of our apprenticeship and non-apprenticeship training provision. She is responsible for quality improvement strategies for learning programmes. Gill is an alumni member of the Goldman Sachs 10k Small Business programme.

Keen traveller, Gill is yet to ‘top’ her greatest adventure of climbing Mount Kilimanjaro.

Tracey Rush

COMMERCIAL MANAGER

Tracey has worked in leadership & management for over 20 years. Tracey brings a wealth of experience in organisational development, operations and commercial sales & marketing strategy. Tracey is passionate about employee engagement, developing skills & enabling teams to contribute to achieving business goals.

In her spare time Tracey is a keen outdoor enthusiast and avid mountainbiker.

Lorraine Sinnott 

HEAD OF TRAINING

Lorraine brings a wealth of experience, with over 20 years’ working within work-based learning in both an operational and quality assurance capacity.  

Lorraine has an extensive background in managing people, processes and supporting organisational growth, and has a passion for supporting people to develop and to be the best that they can be. 

Working closely with the delivery team, Lorraine is focused keeping up to date with changes within the sectors and ensuring a quality and engaging experience for learners. 

At home on her small holdings, Lorraine enjoys caring for her farm animals and is also a keen traveller. 

Nikki Shirley  

MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM MANAGER

Nikki has worked within the work-based learning sector for 20 years, with extensive experience of information management, data reporting, analysis, and contract management.   

Responsible for co-ordinating all face-to-face training, Nikki ensures that customers receive an efficient service, while supporting the business with financial management. 

Nikki has a keen eye for detail and utilises these skills to ensure compliance on behalf of our stake holders.  

In her free time, Nikki loves to holiday abroad to sunnier climates and while at home enjoys walking her dog and spending time with family and friends.

Mark Williams

LEAD TRAINER

Mark is an experienced trainer with over 10 years’ experience.  He is passionate about supporting learners to develop, by improving their knowledge and skills. He enjoys working and engaging with learners, and watching them grow in confidence and ability. 

Marks specialises in the health and social care sector, and covers several topics including first aid, basic life support and manual handling, to name but a few. 

When he is not working, Mark enjoys spending time with friends and family and taking city breaks as often as time will allow. 

Jakub Cichy

MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Jakub is a passionate marketing executive with a wealth of experience in both design and marketing. He specialises in digital and print marketing that helps set our organisation apart. Jakub is particularly interested in creating engaging sales and marketing content that accelerates business growth and development.

Outside work, Jakub loves to play chess and travel to remote destinations with his family and peers.

Annette O’Brien

SKILLS COACH

Annette has worked within the health and social care sector for over 12 years, mentoring learners in the clinical and non-clinical sector along with theatre pathways. Her previous roles include lead tutor, impact tutor, and as an intervention tutor supporting not only the learners but also tutors to ensure that they are working in line with compliance and the learners are being supported within their learning journey. Annette also worked alongside an Ofsted Inspector to reshape inspection procedures.

In her free time, Annette enjoys the outside, walking her dog, horse riding and Formula One.

Lisa Kelly

HEAD OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Lisa brings an impressive 25 years of dedicated experience in leadership and management to her role. Over the last six years, she has honed her skills in business development and marketing, showcasing a keen understanding of strategic growth and market dynamics. Lisa is known for her positive and outgoing attitude, fostering relationships at all levels with her genuine and approachable demeanour.

Outside the professional realm, Lisa, with her grown-up family, eagerly anticipates embarking on exciting travels to diverse destinations.

Samantha Vernon

SKILLS COACH

Samantha has worked within the health and social care sector for over 27 years and specifically worked as an Assessor/Tutor/Skills Coach for 15 years, mentoring learners within health and social care and gaining IQA skills. Her previous roles include Tutor, Quality Curriculum Lead and IQA, supporting learners and tutors within their roles, linking to quality and tutor development aid and planning for Ofsted inspections.

In her spare time, Samantha enjoys riding her horses, walking her dog and spending time with her family and friends.

Sophie Blick

SKILLS COACH

Sophie has 16 years of experience in health and social care, focusing on hands-on care in areas like Elderly, Dementia, Mental health, and Learning disabilities for 12 years. She advanced to a management role, where she mentored staff, led a team, and ensured the smooth operation of a care home. For the past four years, Sophie has served as an Assessor/Tutor/Skills Coach, mentoring learners in health and social care.

Outside of work, Sophie enjoys caring for her waterfowl and poultry, growing her own fruit and vegetables, and spending time with her family.
