Gill is focused on building evidence and data supporting commercial strategies, facilitating governance processes, and programme administration.
Keen traveller, Gill is yet to ‘top’ her greatest adventure of climbing Mount Kilimanjaro.

Tracey has worked in leadership & management for over 20 years. Tracey brings a wealth of experience in organisational development, operations and commercial sales & marketing strategy. Tracey is passionate about employee engagement, developing skills & enabling teams to contribute to achieving business goals.
In her spare time Tracey is a keen outdoor enthusiast and avid mountainbiker.
Lorraine Sinnott
APPRENTICESHIP MANAGER
Lorraine brings a wealth of experience, with over 20 years’ working within work-based learning in both an operational and quality assurance capacity.
Lorraine has an extensive background in managing people, processes and supporting organisational growth, and has a passion for supporting people to develop and to be the best that they can be.
Working closely with the delivery team, Lorraine is focused keeping up to date with changes within the sectors and ensuring a quality and engaging experience for learners.
At home on her small holdings, Lorraine enjoys caring for her farm animals and is also a keen traveller.
Donna Foulds
SKILLS COACH
Industry expert in Health and Social Care with over 20 years’ experience in delivering apprenticeships. Donna is a highly experienced skills coach with a passion for improving the knowledge and skills set within the sector. With a keen eye for quality, Donna enjoys continually developing her own skills to support and impart new knowledge to her learners, while working closely with managers and co-workers to maintain the highest of standards.
In her spare time Donna enjoys going to the gym, walking her dog on the beach, and visiting English heritage sites.
Julia Curtis-Calland
SKILLS COACH
Julia is an experienced trainer with 6 years’ experience within the adult work-based learning sector, specialising in health, social care and learning disabilities. Julia is passionate about supporting learners to upskill, improve their knowledge, and create career opportunities.
Julia has taken her background in face-to-face training, to develop learning techniques which she delivers to learners further afield through remote training sessions.
Outside of work Julia loves to spend time with her family while also taking in the great outdoors. A keen outdoor pursuits lover, enjoying cycling, kayaking, and ‘getting away’ in their VW campervan to festivals and family camp sites.
Nikki Shirley
MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM MANAGER
Nikki has worked within the work-based learning sector for 20 years, with extensive experience of information management, data reporting, analysis, and contract management.
Responsible for co-ordinating all face-to-face training, Nikki ensures that customers receive an efficient service, while supporting the business with financial management.
Nikki has a keen eye for detail and utilises these skills to ensure compliance on behalf of our stake holders.
In her free time, Nikki loves to holiday abroad to sunnier climates and while at home enjoys walking her dog and spending time with family and friends.
Mark Williams
LEAD COMMERCIAL – TRAINER
Mark is an experienced trainer with over 10 years’ experience. He is passionate about supporting learners to develop, by improving their knowledge and skills. He enjoys working and engaging with learners, and watching them grow in confidence and ability.
Marks specialises in the health and social care sector, and covers several topics including first aid, basic life support and manual handling, to name but a few.
When he is not working, Mark enjoys spending time with friends and family and taking city breaks as often as time will allow.
Jakub Cichy
MEDIA/MARKETING ASSISTANT
Jakub is a passionate graphic designer that is currently specialising in digital marketing. He has experience in creating design using a wide range of media. Jakub is particularly interested in creating engaging marketing content that enables businesses to fulfil their goals.
Outside of work, Jakub loves to play chess and spend time with friends and family.

Gary has developed his career building and nurturing business relationships. Having gained experience in account and people management while supporting the training and development of apprentices, Gary is passionate about upskilling the workforce.
In his free time, Gary can be found giving a helping hand on the family farm or at Anfield watching the Mighty Reds with his brother!
Samantha Holland

Samantha has worked in the health and social care sector for almost 20 years. Qualified to BA Hons in Education, Samantha has been a trainer in the industry for almost 14 years. Passionate about enhancing care delivery, Samantha also owns her own domiciliary care company in the Manchester area.
In her spare time, Samantha is a volunteer wish granter for the charity Purple Hearts, enjoys travelling, reading and horror movies and spending time with her two bulldogs Bodie and Doyle.
