Business Administrator Apprenticeship Level 3: ST0070
This apprenticeship will suit you if you are in an administrative role in any industry and want to develop your administration skills. You will gain practical knowledge of administrative tasks and project planning and will develop your Knowledge Skills and Behaviors in your workplace. How does the EPA process for this apprenticeship Standard work?
Once an apprentice has completed their training for this apprenticeship, that’s when they begin End-Point Assessment. There are three methods of End-Point Assessment for this standard: The Multiple-Choice Knowledge Test (MCQ) Test a formal Portfolio Based Interview and Project Presentation All three assessment methods are designed to ensure that the apprentice has demonstrated the required knowledge, skills and behaviours to pass the apprenticeship and can be graded – either pass, merit, or distinction – against their performance
Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship Level 2 : ST0072
The role of a customer service practitioner is to deliver high quality products and services to the customers of their organisation.
Your actions will influence the customer experience and their satisfaction with your organisation. You will demonstrate excellent customer service skills and behaviours as well as product and/or service knowledge when delivering to your customers. You will use a range of skills including communication, personal organisation, demonstrating patiences and team work.
Apprentices will be required to have or achieve level 1 English and Maths and to have taken level 2 English and Maths tests prior to completion of their Apprenticeship
